How I help staffing owners.
My work splits into two lanes. Hands-on consulting where I work directly on your operations and compliance posture, and connections where I introduce you to vetted, licensed providers for funding and coverage. Where something calls for legal counsel, I'll tell you and point you to a qualified attorney.
Consulting — what I do directly
Advisory & Compliance Consulting
- FlagshipLawsuit prevention plan
A structured program to identify and fix wage-and-hour and PAGA exposure before it becomes a claim, with the documentation and discipline that make claims hard to pursue. Built to protect you on the risks no policy covers. I work alongside your attorney; I don't provide legal defense.
- Wage & hour operational review
A practical audit of how your timekeeping, meal and rest periods, overtime, and pay practices actually run day to day, with a prioritized list of where you're exposed and how to tighten it. These are the prevention processes that lower your liability on wage-and-hour, PAGA, and other employment claims, and they can save you thousands by getting you prepared long before exposure turns into an expensive claim.
- Termination & documentation practices
Build consistent, defensible processes for performance documentation, corrective action, and separations so decisions are clean and well-papered. The same documentation discipline lowers your harassment, wrongful-termination, and discrimination exposure, where California EPLI deductibles can leave you on the hook for the first $25K–$100K depending on your policy. From what I'm seeing, those deductibles are only climbing.
- HR policy & handbook systems
Develop handbooks, policies, and procedures built for staffing operations, so you're compliant and protected. Weak documentation means a weaker defense if a claim ever comes.
- Contract & structure review
Review client indemnification clauses, contracts, and your entity structure so liability sits where it should and you're not absorbing your clients' risk. Drawing on personal experience navigating disputes with prior carriers and other businesses.
This is operational consulting, not legal advice. I'm not an attorney. When an issue requires a legal opinion, I'll refer you to a qualified employment attorney.

Connections — introductions to vetted providers
Funding, Insurance & PEO Connections
- Payroll funding & factoring
Staffing payroll runs weekly while clients pay net-30 or longer. I connect you to funding providers who specialize in staffing so payroll never depends on when your clients pay.
- Workers' compensation & general liability
I connect you to licensed insurance providers who understand staffing risk for both general liability and workers comp. I don't recommend, quote, sell, or place coverage. The licensed provider recommends and places everything from the quote forward.
I am not a licensed insurance broker or agent and do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance. I provide introductions to licensed providers. All insurance products are offered and serviced solely by the licensed provider.
